Raven this means she will the ghost and the girl in which will be bullied. Jade would be one of the main characters and will be shown most in the video. Jades main job was to play Raven and did not do much of the filming because she was acting but then at the end she done all the editing.

The bully this is the main bully in which makes Jade kill her self. Olivia will be show quiet a bit but not as much as Jade. Olivia only just filmed once and she was the main bully so she done most of the acting.

Bullys friend this is not a main part and will not be shown in the video that often and will only be in parts of it. Also Vicky will be doing some of the camera work because she is not the video that often.

Evaluation on the film
In video this term we got set a task to create a short film in which is 3 to 5 minutes long and we had to be in groups of 4 or less. I got into a group with Olivia,Shannon and Jade and then we managed to split the work up equally so no one is left doing all the work. After that we came up with our ideas for our video we came up with the idea of doing a horror film. Then we researched on what is in a horror film and we reminded ourselves of the codes and conventions of the horror genre. After we done that we talked to one another and came up with the storyline. Our horror film was going to be about a girl called Raven which gets bullied and kills herself and then goes back to haunt the bully in which is the cause of her death . In the first scene we are going to do how raven dies then in the second scene we are going to do a flashback on why she died, the third scene is going to be Raven haunting the bully and the last scene is going to of the death of the bully which raven tells the bully to do.
After we came up with the idea and the scene breakdown Jade designed a storyboard in which has what happens in each scene but is a picture instead of words.
Then I write the script on celtx to help me write it more professional and make it look like a real script. When we had the script done we started to film, we had to book the camera out because neither of us had a good quality camera to film.
The first scene we filmed was the scene where Raven kills herself we managed to get fake blood to make it look more realistic and more effective, we filmed that scene in the college toilets but was not the best idea because everyone was look at us. The second scene we filmed was the bulling scene of raven getting bullied. In the script their is only one bully but we filmed it with two bullies, we done various bully scenes. Next we filmed where raven is a ghost and haunts her bully, we done this in one lesson because we didn't want to do the make up again, and we done various scenes of that to. The last scene we filmed is of the bully dying. After we finished filming we edited the film and put all the scenes in order and added scary music to make it more effective and more scary.
We stuck to the script in some parts of the film but other we added in so it would last longer and we did not have time to edit the script but if you look at script to a movie it is not always exactly to the script and some bits do get added in and altered.
What went well is that we managed to film our film in time and we managed to make its look as effective as we can. What went wrong is that it was very hard to get a dark lighting in the college and the horror genre is very dark and gloomy. Next time I will not choose the horror genre because it really hard to film in the time we had and I would choose the documentary because it is easy to film because it don't need loads of props and it is very easy to meet the codes and conventions of that genre.

Video
In video today we got set a task to start thinking of a 3-5
minute film in groups of 3-4.I am in a group with Shannon and Olivia and Jade. We first
thought of what genre we are going to base the film on.
What genre we could have choose:

Thriller
Action and adventure
We worked on this together as a group and managed to pick a
genre we choose the Horror genre. Then we started to think what we see in a
Horror and what props we will need.
What props we will need:
Ghostly Dress
Knife
Make up: blood and face paint
Normal clothes
It set in a College has to be quiet dark though
After we listed all the props we will need we decide on what
the story line will be. We came up with this; it’s about a ghostly girl in
which is after another girl because the death of the ghost was the girls fault.
The ghost is now in control of the girl and makes the girl do stuff that ends
badly.
Then we planned out the story: in the first scene it’s going
to start off as a police investigation with police tape around the toilet and
then we are going to turn the camera around to the ghost standing their over
her own death investigation. In the second scene we are going to have a flash
back on why the ghost dyed which then we see her getting bullied and she is in
the toilet and we hear crying one minute then its goes silent and we see blood
coming out the toilet block. The third scene is where you start seeing the
ghost power and what she does to the girl who bullied her. She starts by embarrassing
the girl and making her trip up and fall in front of loads of people. The
fourth scene is the last scene but this is where the girl dyes because the
ghost makes the girl kill herself and at the end the ghost says you make my
life hell so know I make your life hell and that’s how the story ends.
